What Does The Discus Thrower Reveal

The boot Night

It is supposed to keep the foot at right angles during the night. The muscle responsible for the equinus is the triceps consist of three muscles: soleus which attaches to the tibia and the two twins who cling on the femur. They are not stretched by the boot at night. Would it be better to rotate a bunch cruro pedal on two overnight to stretch the entire triceps?
